* Registration Fee covers attending all congress sessions virtually and normally, congress materials (bag, etc.), breaks during the congress, and city tour.

* All participants should stay at the hotel. Otherwise, they have to pay the daily entry fee to the hotel to join symposium and congress.

***Each participant could submit or present maximum two papers. Only paid participant papers will be published in Symposium Proceeding Books or in Indexed journals. 

* The Deadline for early registration and abstract submission is July 30th, 2023. 

Abstract guidelines

Abstract length should be maximum 300 words, in Times New Roman, font size 12. Include the names and the affiliations of all the authors and highlight the presenter name. Contact information for the presenting author must be included. The author shall register for conference in following 15 days after his/her paper’s acceptance. Otherwise, the papers will not be included in the program.

The corresponding author should indicate whether wants to present his/her paper as oral or poster presentation.

Our Symposium Abstract and Full paper Proceeding Book will be published CAB Abstracts after the congress.

Each participant could join up to two papers with one paid participation fee.

The Symposium is an international Symposium and is suitable Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK) criteria both for Associated Professor and also Academic Promotions for Turkish academicians. 

The Symposium language is English.

E-Poster Submission

E-poster presentations will be exhibited in 40 inch electronic poster boards in the hotel hall virtually and as well as in via web page.

Poster size should be 50x90 cm (width x length) dimensions and saved in JPEG format (1080x1920 pixels). Your e-posters  has to be send as jpeg format to the Symposium e-mail orobansym@gmail.com until August 20th.

Review of the Abstracts

Abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee. If the author has already made a selection between oral or poster presentation, it will be considered by the reviewers. If submissions are not accepted as oral presentation, the corresponding author will have the opportunity either to accept participation with poster presentation or withdraw his/her submission. The reviewing process will take one weeks. Maximum two papers are allowed per participant. Abstract proceeding book will be published during the Symposium.

Full Papers Submission

Full text papers, submitted by the Symposium prticipants will be published in indexed International Scientific Journals or Symposium Proceeding Book .

If you choose to publish your conference full paper in Symposium Proceeding Book please send it directly to conference e-mail orobansym@gmail.com or upload your file web page under your abstract submission. 

If you choose to publish in Journal please submit directly until September 21st; as free of charge;

 The best three selected full papers related to soil science and plant nutrients will be published in Scopus indexed Journal; Eurasian Journal of Soil Science 

The best three selected full papers related to biodiversity, genetic resources and conservation, plant genetics and breeding will be published in Scopus indexed Journal: Notulae Scientia Biologicae

The best three selected full papers related to geodesy, topography, GIS, UAV in any field of symposium will be published in the Journal: Nova Geodesia
