E-Poster Presentations
Symposium is a green event, so as much as less paper will be used and poster presentations will be exhibit in the Hotel Conference hall as well as in e poster page via our web page.
Posters need to be prepared in PowerPoint presentation or any other poster program in 50x90 cm (width x length) dimensions and then saved in JPEG format (1080x1920 pixels) and you need to send your posters as jpeg format to symposium e-mail orobansym@gmail.com until October 25th.
The best posters presented by students will be selected and be awarded.
Our Symposium Abstract and Full paper Proceeding Book will be published CAB Abstracts after the symposium.
Each participant could join up to two papers with one paid participation fee.
The symposium is an international event and is suitable Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK) criteria both for Associated Professor and also Academic Promotions for Turkish academicians.
The symposium language is English and oral or poster presentations will be organized in separate virtual or normal sessions.
